  Aluminium deck

  High strength and lightweight die-cast aluminium housing, reinforced by a sheet metal insert and a metal guard strip.

  High-lift blades

  The high-lift blades combined with the aerodynamic housing produce a strong air current that lifts the grass before cutting and blows the cut grass into the grass catcher box.

  Central cutting height adjustment

  The cutting height can be adjusted to one of 7 levels via a lever. The desired cutting height can be precisely adjusted with the aid of a sprung-loaded mechanism via the handle on the left-hand side of the housing.

  Height-adjustable handlebar

  The handlebar height can be adjusted simply and quickly and fixed in 3 different positions according to the user's height.

  Replaceable side bumper strips

  The bumper strips offer additional protection when mowing next to walls and edges. If they are marked or damaged, they can be easily exchanged and replaced.

  ReadyStart

  ReadyStart reduces the effort required for starting: just one easy pull on the starter cord and the engine starts. Using an automatic choke requiring no priming, means that reliable starting is ensured at all temperatures.

  Vario-drive

  Vario-drive makes mowing the lawn easier especially where you have larger areas or gentle gradients. Adjust the lever and the mower starts moving at the required speed.

  Innovative grass catcher box

  The catcher box can be 100% filled, thanks to the optimised design shape and air guide. The air vents face downwards so that grass and dust do not escape upwards. The two-part catcher box design ensures easy opening and emptying.

  Stable frame construction

  The handlebar is attached to the lightweight, high-strength polymer housing via a sturdy steel frame. This allows easy and convenient manoeuvring of the mower, even in confined spaces and around obstacles.

  Blade brake clutch (BBC)

  A blade clutch disengages the engine and the blade so that the grass catcher box can be emptied without stopping the engine, or whilst the lawn mower is moving. This is particularly important when driving over mown areas, to the compost heap or over gravel paths.

  Easy-running wheels

  Large wheels with high quality ball bearings for easy running. The tread pattern provides better traction and allows for easy cleaning.

  Foldaway handlebar

  Thanks to the foldaway handlebar, VIKING lawn mowers are easy to transport and convenient to store.

  Self-propelled

  Depending on the model, VIKING self propelled lawn mowers are equipped with either single, 3 speed, or vario drive. Just set the lever and the mower sets itself in motion. Ideal for large areas of grass.

  Carrying handle

  The integrated front handle allows easier transportation of the machine. At the same time the handle serves as an impact protection bumper and protects the housing from coming into contact with other obstacles.

• 

  Multi-blade

  The multi-blade cuts the grass gradually and then chops it into fine pieces in the housing. When used with a grass collector box, the finely cut grass is directed by the multi-blade straight into the box to ensure it is filled to capacity. When used with the mulch insert, the grass is chopped up into fine particles which are returned to the grass.

  Mulching function

  VIKING mulching kits include a mulch insert and multi-blade. With the rear opening closed using a mulch insert, the grass is chopped up into fine particles, returning nutrients and moisture to the lawn.

    Kit 650

    Mulching kit (multi-blade and mulch insert) to fit all 6 Series models with 48cm cutting width. The grass is cut at different heights by this specially shaped mulching blade and shredded into fine particles in the housing. These are then distributed almost invisibly into the turf.
