Expanding our choice of 46cm (18") lawn mowers, the new VIKING MB 248 T is a straightforward petrol model at a straightforward price. Ideal for small to medium sized lawns, its single-speed drive and neat compact form means you can get that fresh cut finish effortlessly and quickly. And that means that like VIKING, you will love your lawn.

Nimble and nippy

Compact, lightweight and very well balanced, the MB 248 T is easily driven around borders or obstacles and powers nimbly around corners. Its new Briggs & Stratton 450 Series engine not only drives the rotary blade, it also drives the soft-tread rear wheels so the new mower is noticeably nippy.

Great results

Fundamental to any lawn mower is a good cut and collect. After all, there's nothing more frustrating than a mower that leaves long, rogue blades of grass or clumps of uncollected clippings after each pass.

Clean cut performance

Key to our lawn mowers' literally clean cut is the high quality high-lift rotary blade, which works with clever under-deck aerodynamics to suck blades of grass upright for a swift clean cut.

No mess collection

Powerful airflows ensure grass clippings are efficiently collected in a high volume textile grass catcher bag, with its 45 litre capacity optimally filled.

Adjustable cutting height

Cut height is centrally adjusted via a single click-and-slot handle on the side of the deck. With seven separate height settings the rotary blade can be set between 25 and 70mm high to suit the mowing conditions, season or gardener's preference.
